    I am a consultant. Previously, I worked as advisor and project manager on public policies for innovation and information society in Sevilla (ES) Milan (I), Brussels (B) and Bologna (I), for EU, regional and local institutions. My current interests cover the role of government in the innovation system, the impact of technology on future models of government, and in particular the impact of web 2.0 on public services.
