Formation: Degree in law by the University of Lisbon.

Specializations in the registries and notary area and in legislation techniques.

Actually doing a master in government law.

Current position:

Director Registrar of a new registry service form companies, the SIR - Integrated Solutions for Registries of Lisbon, regulated by Decree 547/2008, of 25/05, that deals with complex registries or  in large number (www.irn.mj.pt/SIR).

Also still working as a consultant of the IRN, IP presidency.
