George has studied Engineering and holds a PhD degree from Ecole Centrale Paris. He is working for European Dynamics, where he has been involved in a number of projects in the areas of eGovernment and eInclusion. His recent research activities have especially focused on eGovernment research projects at EU level (FP6), and benchmarking methodology for the evaluation of  European eEnvironment services. George is fluent in Greek, English and French.
