Antoine Bidegain has been working in the field of IT for education for 10 years, developping virtual learning environments in the National Education, in the Bordeaux Area. He is now responsible for the architecture and dissemination of the "ARGOS64" digital learning project in the "Pyrénées Atlantiques" region. Also acting in the field of European Research, he is general delegate of the e-coordination european observatory.
