European Seminar 'Public Sector ICT Procurement'

The European Academy for Taxes, Economics and Law organises in cooperation with Pan-European Public Procurement Online (PEPPOL) a practical seminar which will give its attendees an insight on all important practical issues of public sector Information and Communication Technology (ICT) procurements:

  • how to create a structure for ICT procurement procedure,
  • what are the current European Court of Justice (ECJ) rulings and national practices in regard to public sector ICT procurement,
  • what are the ICT procurement project phases,
  • how to design technical specifications,
  • how to tender an eProcurement solution for government agencies,
  • how to work with agile standard contracts,
  • how to tender cloud computing infrastructure.

This event aims to gather all public sector administrations on national, regional and local level planning ICT projects and the procurement of ICT solutions especially Directors, Heads of Units, Experts, Project Managers, Lawyers and other members of staff from the following departments:

  • Procurement or Purchasing Department
  • IT Department
  • Communication Department
