Description

The third meeting of the eGovMoNet project will focus on eGovernment Impact Measurement. The objectives of the two days conference are:
- Present developments since the second meeting.
- Elaborate further on how to describe the methods to compare them.
- Present further methodologies in use according to the updated measurement template.
- Discuss transparency as one main indicator for eGovernment.
- Review the impact indicators and prioritise them for a core indicators contribution.
- Discuss proposed updates the dissemination plan to make better use of ePractice, and scientific papers.
