    Dr. Michael Kaschesky has worked over 10 years in the multimedia and internet business and coordinated promotion and training for a new global intranet at a world-leading pharmaceutical company. At Aston and Warwick Business Schools, Michael worked for over five years in Strategy research focusing on participatory approaches and multi-stakeholder negotiation. Michael successfully attracted research grants from ESRC, the UK’s leading research agency, and from Aston Business School. At the Swiss Center for Public Management and E-Government of Berne University AS, Michael works on interagency process integration using event-driven architectures and on ICT for participation, innovation, and governance.

    Dr. Kaschesky actively contributes to the academic community as author, reviewer and session chair of peer-reviewed papers (e.g. Academy of Management, Digital Government Conference). Michael holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Aston Business School, one of UK's top-rated in management. The ESRC-awarded doctoral research on strategic change in an industrial field resulted in peer-reviewed conference papers and consulting projects. Prior to that he completed a master degree in Electronic Business at the University of Arts Berlin and in Business Administration at the Free University of Berlin, one of Germany's nine excellence clusters. Michael's Master theses focused on communities of practice and strategic change in a transnational pharmaceutical corporation.
