Before joining Capgemini, Barbara worked for the OECD's Public Innovation and Territorial Development unit, carrying out eGovernment peer reviews of various Member countries. Currently, Barbara is working as Managing Consultant for Capgemini and delivers various eGovernment projects for the European Commission: the yearly EU eGovernment benchmarking, eGovernment benchlearning pilots, CIP Large Scale Pilots and similar.
