Before Capgemini: @ OECD eGovernment unit Barbara's previous work experience within the OECD's eGovernment Unit has provided her with deep insight into the public sector. Since September 2007, Barbara has been working as Senior Consultant for Capgemini, executing eGovernment benchmarking studies based on Capgmemini’s benchmarking methodology for the EU- 20 eGovernment services and working on eGovernment benchlearning pilots for the European Commission.
