Immanuel Kudlacek studies business administration at the Vienna University of Business Administration and Economics and graduated in 2006 by writing a master thesis on "Accessibility of Learn@WU" - focusing on the userfriendlyness and accessibility of the university´s online learning-platform.

During 2001 and 2004 Immanuel Kudlacek worked at the Austrian Federal Chancellery in the project management of the Austrian`s citizen portal www.help.gv.at.

In 2004 Immanuel Kudlacek studied abroad at the Texas A&M University (USA).

From 2006 till 2007 Immanuel Kudlacek worked at the European Institute of Public Adminsitration in the project management of the MODINIS Study on Interoperability at Local and Regional Level.
