Dr. Alexander Schellong is an expert on Citizen Relationship Management (CiRM), eGovernment and Government 2.0. He currently consults on these and other topics as Senior Consultant with CSC's public sector Management Consulting practice internationally but remains active in academia. His studies focus on the impacts of ICT on organizational and societal issues. He has been a Research Fellow at Harvard University's National Center for Digital Government and Program on Networked Governance. Schellong also was a Research Scholar at The University of Tokyo working on networked governance and Web 2.0 in government. He has been teaching executives and students at Harvard University - J. F. Kennedy School of Government, The University of Tokyo - Faculty of Law and Politics, Tecnológico de Monterrey and Erfurt School of Public Policy. Among others, he serves as an expert to the EU.
