Currently, I am the Chairman of The Society for Promotion of e-Governance, India -a major think tank and mission mode organization working to accelerate e-Governance initiatives in South Asia region. Also working as Chief Editor of Government @ 24/7, a fortnightly newsletter on third millennium governance subscribed by more than 10,000 practitioners globally. My latest venture is a global observatory and knowledge portal on mobile governance at the URL http://www.mgovworld.org created to investigate and disseminate the potential of mobile / wireless technologies in delivering public services to rural areas.
