It would be interesting that european administrations and those of member States turn to a common digital frame showing their care of the citizens pointing questions and problems they encounter. Decision makers could do the same so that a great wave of digital democracy proves itself in action... Seems strange that only marketing people use the direct contact with potential customers....

On that side , we can admit that such a blind use of digital power makes many people angry against such a type of dialogue.

It's a pleasure to read your opinion about "rethinking the digital inclusion".On my side, I was walking in Paris and was surprised to see an old man , sitting (and living?)on the floor , working on a tactile board... I thought he was trying to keep connecting with the world going around him!!??  that digital inclusion was preceding the "social inclusion" ...?       We could say that digital inclusion could be reinforced if it is sustained by a social and adapted policy at govt level.
