Managing Director of ISSY MEDIA, in charge of the Communication and the Information Technologies of the City of Issy-les-Moulineaux since 1998, he was previously the Principal Private Secretary of Andre Santini, Mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux and current French Minister of State for Civil Service. He has coordinated projects related to the ICT since 1995 and has organized the World Forum on e- Democracy, a major event organized by the City each year since 2000. He represents the city in its position of Chair city of the “Global Cities Dialogue”, an AISBL to promote an information society for all, during the meetings of the sherpas of GCD (www.globalcitiesdialogue.org ) and within European projects dealing with ICT.
