Born in Sweden by Norwegian parents and working in Denmark however currently seconded to the Commission in BrusselsPer-Olav Gramstad
has been trained to speak Master level of Computer Science fluently at
the Lund University, Institute of Technology and brings working
experiences from the "hellholes" of socket programming to the
"tearooms" of eGovernment. Currently Per-Olav is seconded to the Commission where he serves as a National Expert in eGovernment Interoperability at the Community Programme IDABC.He also holds a position as
Senior Adviser/IT Architecture at the Danish National IT and Telecom
Agency and engages in the European National Interoperability Frameworks and CAMSS.
