Nationality: Norwegian (Scandinavian). Born in Sweden by Norwegian parents and working in Denmark.
has been trained to speak Master level of Computer Science fluently at
the Lund University, Institute of Technology and brings working
experiences from the "hellholes" of socket programming to the
"tearooms" of eGovernment. Currently Per-Olav has been seconded to the Commission where he served as a National Expert in eGovernment Interoperability at the Community Programme IDABC and ISA in general and on CAMSS and the Trusted Service List in specific.
He currently holds a position as
Cheif Adviser/IT Architecture at the Danish National IT and Telecom
Agency and engages in Open Standards, Open Source and Cloud Computing.
