Annika Nietzio holds a degree in mathematics from Ruhr-University Bochum. She joined FTB in 2005. Since then she has been working in several eAccessibility projects. Her main expertise is benchmarking of web accessibility. She has been involved in the development of an evaluation methodology with focus on the statistical background and intepretation of the collected data. She is also working on eAccessibility and the benchmarking of eGovernment services with regard to accesibility, transparency, and usability in general.
