Andrea was born in Mexico, D.F. She received her Bsc. in industrial engineering, form the University Panamericana in Ags, Mexico in 2002. She received her Master in production engineering from UPC in Barcelona, Spain in 2004 and the MBA from the UB also in Barcelona, Spain in 2006. Currently she works in the University of Agder as eGovernment Researcher.
