    Eleni Panopoulou has graduated from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece and has received her Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Surrey, UK. Her work experience includes working for Siemens SA in Munich as a Layout Designer as well as for Spirit SA in Athens as a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator in Vodafone Change Management IT projects. Since October 2006, she has joined the Information Systems Laboratory of the University of Macedonia and has worked as a Researcher for various projects in the fields of eParticipation and eGovernment. 2006-today ICT Researcher, University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece
