We are pleased to invite you to the Final Conference of the Benchlearning Study on the measurement of eGovernment impact for public services. The purpose of the conference is to:
l       Present the concept of the Benchlearning Study.
l       Present final results and recommendations of the measurement process on the three pilots launched by the Study.
l       Discuss policy recommendations with participants.
l       Elaborate next steps for the measurement process.
This conference will held in sharing with the fourth meeting of the eGovMoNet project, eGovernment Monitor Network.
Please confirm your participation to one or both the events, by registering on the ePractice portal, and please also note that you will need to book a hotel room (see information below in this agenda). Deadline for confirmation is 16. November. Please register as soon as possible due to the limited number of seats.
