We are pleased to invite you to the Final Conference of the Benchlearning Study on the measurement of eGovernment impact for public services. The purpose of the conference is to:

lÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Present the concept of the Benchlearning Study.

lÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Present final results and recommendations of the measurement process on the three pilots launched by the Study.

lÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Discuss policy recommendations with participants.

lÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Elaborate next steps for the measurement process.

This conference will held in sharing with the fourth meeting of the eGovMoNet project, eGovernment Monitor Network.
