A new community is published. the main aim of this community is to share tools or methods to measure the impacts of e-government, e-inclusion projects. There are allready some methods or manuals shared by "Mr. Henriot Marc PIERRE" and "Mr. Paul Nash" in this portal. My aim is to gather these tools in a specific community.
