eGovernment Policy Stakeholders meeting<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

The European Commission has announced in the i2010 initiative that it will come forward in 2006 with a new eGovernment Action Plan at EU level. As part of the preparation of this Action Plan, a public policy stakeholders meeting will be held on 21 September in Brussels. Interested parties are invited to briefly explain at the meeting their priorities for future EU eGovernment policy, following an introduction by the Commission Services on the state of play of eGovernment policy and a reporting from discussions held with leaders and representatives of national eGovernment initiatives in the eGovernment subgroup of eEurope (see Cobra recommendations).

eGovernment Policy Stakeholders meeting<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

The European Commission has announced in the i2010 initiative that it will come forward in 2006 with a new eGovernment Action Plan at EU level. As part of the preparation of this Action Plan, a public policy stakeholders meeting will be held on 21 September in Brussels. Interested parties are invited to briefly explain at the meeting their priorities for future EU eGovernment policy, following an introduction by the Commission Services on the state of play of eGovernment policy and a reporting from discussions held with leaders and representatives of national eGovernment initiatives in the eGovernment subgroup of eEurope (see Cobra recommendations).
