Complete title:
4th edition of the Comparative Study on the availability of online Public Services in the Spanish Regions (2010)
Estudio Comparativo 2010 de los Servicios Públicos online en las Comunidades Autónomas españolas - Resultados 4a Medición

Description (short summary):
This report, in its fourth edition, analyses the results of a comparative study on the progress of the 26 most important public services available online in the Spanish Regions (Comunidades Autónomas, in Spanish). It reflects the development of eGovernment in Spain since 2007 and the efforts and investment the Spanish Regions have been making to provide services electronically.

The regional governments have made many changes to their electronic services during this period and therefore to the General Administration.

The 2010 Comparative Study evaluates, in a given period (February-March 2010), the online availability of the same 26 public services evaluated in 2007: 16 services for the general public and 10 services for businesses. The types and areas of services selected for the study, rationally, cover the various activities and relationships between citizens and businesses and the Spanish Administration.

This report is structured as follows:

  • Current situation
  • Comparative results
  • Conclusions: best practices and improvements.
