ONE Project Launch Conference - European Structural Funds Absorption Comparison among Regional ICT Policies
What tools are to be used to better plan ICT investments at regional level? Is it really possible to exchange experiences and good practices among European regions? Do ICT observatories play an active role in the strategic planning of regional ICT policies in Europe?
These are the topics to be debated during the Launch Conference of ONE project. ONE (Observatory Network to Enhance ICT Structural Funds Absorption) is a project funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the INTERREG IVC Programme aiming at improving ICT investment planning at regional level, exchanging and transferring knowledge among the 11 project partner representing 8 European countries: Italy, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom and Czech Republic.
The Piedmont Region is the project coordinator, while CSI-Piemonte is the partner coordinating the transfer of good practices.
In addition to presenting the initiative and beginning the exchange of experiences among regions, the conference will also present the 2014-2020 European Cohesion Policy.
ONE Project partners and objectives will be presented to the media in a short dedicated session at 1 p.m.
