The third meeting of the eGovMoNet project will focus on eGovernment Impact Measurement. The objectives of the two days conference are:- Present developments since the second meeting.- Elaborate further on how to describe the methods to compare them.- Present further methodologies in use according to the updated measurement template.- Discuss transparency as one main indicator for eGovernment.- Review the impact indicators and prioritise them for a core indicators contribution.- Discuss proposed updates the dissemination plan to make better use of ePractice, and scientific papers.
