Description

Edge 2010 - Pushing the boundaries of public service delivery

Edge 2010 is a new conference devoted to 21st Century public service delivery. Participants will hear how to innovate for digital inclusion, learning and eGovernment. New approaches to the regeneration of cities will be presented and the question of how virtual libraries, along with information services, are revolutionising local authorities will be explored.

The event will provide opportunities to learn about innovative practice in libraries, buildings and community information. It will demonstrate the latest thinking, tools and technologies available to the public sector.

Edge 2010 has been designed for elected members, Chief Executives, Directors, Heads of Service, trustees, eGovernment and community professionals, library vendors, and others with an interest in libraries and information.

More information on the speakers may be found online on the event's website (blog).

Registration can be performed online and requires the payment of a participation fee. Over 120 attendees are expected.
