Description

Using co-design in municipal service development - a Smart Cities Workshop

The Smart Cities project will host a workshop for project partners, ePractice members and local authority representatives to explore approaches to co-design in municipal service delivery and to see what lessons have been learnt about the best way to implement co-design.

This workshop will:

  • explore different approaches to co-design;
  • review case studies from project partners;
  • introduce partners to different approaches to co-design from outside the project;
  • present the findings of the formative evaluation report on co-design in the Smart Cities project.
