International IT Law Conference


The conference will discuss the importance of legal arrangements and practices in a digitalised society. Representatives of Turkish public institutions and associations will take part to this event, where the main topics discussed will be:

  • Is Internet free?
  • Fight Against Cybercrime;
  • Protection Measures;
  • E-Commerce, E-Payment, E-Finance;
  • Protection of Personal Rights on Internet;
  • Informatics and Law Forum.

The conference will host 1 opening session, 6 panel meetings, 8 workshops, 15 seminars and almost 30 academic notices. The Workshops' topics will be:

  • Electronic Evidence;
  • Cooperation on Preventing and Fighting Against Cybercrime;
  • Law no. 5651;
  • Domain Name and IPv6;
  • Protection of Software and Data Base;
  • Personal Data;
  • E-Signature, M-Signature;
  • Registered E-mail and E-Notification.

Attendance to this conference is free of charge; registration can be performed online until 31 May 2010.  An English version of the conference website will be soon available.
