19th Congress of the French Association of Hospital Communication Technology (ATHOS)Â

The 19th Congress of the French Association of Hospital Communication Technology ('Association des Technologies de la Communication HospitaliÃ¨re', ATHOS, in French) will be the occasion to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the association.

The two-day event will be focused on information systems and will address, among other themes:

Evolution of technology over the past two decades;
Telemedicine, teleradiology, telepsychiatry, teletraining;
Security and confidentiality;
Interoperability, exchange of information with third parties;
ePrescribing;
Mobility and ultra mobility (Personal Digital Assistants - PDA, smart phones, etc);
Vocal and visual recognition systems;
Information systems and sustainable development;
Regulatory developments.
