COM-PA 2009 - 16th edition of the European Exhibition of Public Communication and Services to the citizen and business
COM-PA is targeted at public communication professionals and companies committed to modernising the Public Administration, increasing the efficiency of services and improving the quality of relations with the public. The event aims to be the reference point for public communication professionals and experts, for institutions and administrations that work constantly to update procedures, for communication students, and for companies that work in close contact with the public sector.
The event is above all an exhibition that provides professionals, students and the public with opportunities to discuss projects and ideas. In addition, an extensive programme of conferences and workshops offers opportunities for getting updates and studying as well as a chance to see last year's most interesting projects, with related competitions, awards and exhibits.
The 2009 edition will focus on topical matters such as:
- New multimedia instruments for relations between the public and private sectors;
- Participation and empowerment of citizens;
- Dematerialization: towards a digital PA;
- Communication and the environment: recycling, energy saving, waste disposal and management;
- Communication and social responsibility of PA and Businesses;
- Communication and healthcare;
- Communication and politics: focus on European elections;
- Participation in urban planning: city spaces for networking;
- Expo 2015: the Milan System triumphs on the world scene;
- Promoting and marketing the Public Administration.
Participation to the conference is open to all and free. Registration can be performed online (service to be available soon) or by filling out the registration form distributed at the Fiera Milano entrance during the exhibition.
