Description

Consultation on ICT for Governance & Policy Modelling

This event is a unique opportunity for experts to discuss their ideas with representatives from the European Commission and deepen their insight and understanding on the new research area set out in the Objective 7.3 of the new ICT Work Programme for 2009-2010 in the 7th Framework Programme for R&D.

The consultation is taking place on the margins of the ICT Proposers' Day 2009 which is to be held on the following day (22 January 2009).

The participation will be limited to 40 persons due to logistic constraints, and early registration is recommended. Participation is free of charge, but pre-registration is required by sending an email to: AGabor@corvinno.com.

In order to facilitate the discussions, attendees are invited to prepare an abstract (max 1 page) summarising their ideas on the topic. They are also encouraged to include scenarios on the possible application of the technologies described in Objective 7.3 in the domain of Governance and Public Services.
