eGovMoNet 2nd meeting – Benchlearning on User Satisfaction measurement practice

This open event is the second meeting of the eGovernment Monitor Network project (eGovMoNet).

This meeting aims to:

  • Present developments since the kick-off meeting of May 2008;
  • Introduce the first thoughts on how to describe the methods to compare these;
  • Present methodologies in use according to the first measurement template;
  • Discuss similarities and differences of the methodologies;
  • Start to elaborate a set of key indicators for eGovernment impact and user satisfaction;
  • Introduce a project handbook and hints on how to use the project work site;
  • Provide a summary of the project’s status and an update of the project’s progress plans while reviewing the status of project indicators.

Participation is free of charge. To facilitate the sharing and the documentation, participants are requested to bring a laptop to the meeting, if they have one available.
