Description

Regional e-Business policies – Training multipliers in the field of e-Business support

Main objective of the FoCus project is to foster synergies between public policies in support of eBusiness for SMEs. More precisely, it focuses on development and implementation of trainings for multipliers and capacity building with regard to planning and implementing eBusiness support measures.

In this context, guidelines and training material for regional actors in the field of e-Business policies were developed and implemented. Those guidelines and training material give regional actors the opportunity for self-assessing their knowledge in a short amount of time and reflecting on current e-business policies in the region.

Besides the training modules FoCus also provides face-to-face training workshops and helpdesk sessions in Second Life. In training workshops participants are trained in planning, implementing and evaluating e-business policies.

At the FoCus final conference, partners will present project’s results, including the FoCus Training Concept and information on the regional workshops. The event’s preliminary agenda is available online at the event's website.

Participation to the conference is free of charge. Interested participants are invited to contact grillea@mfg.de for registering to this event.
