This community aims to share knowledge and discuss experiences on the impact of social computing (web2.0) on public services.
IPTS held a tutorial on this topic at the EU Ministerial conference (www.egov2007.gov.pt).
We are currently managing several research projects on this topic and the related content could provide a first basis for the discussion.
