Implementation and Management Approach
The project will focus on Web 2.0 uptake in VET and adult training institutions. The main objectives is the improvement of e-skills in VET and adult training institutions.
The objectives will be achieved through
- Needs analysis of the target group
- Target group-oriented training concept
- Online and face-to-face trainings on organisational development with Web 2.0
- Platform offering Web 2.0 tools
- Guideline on successful implementation of Web 2.0 in training institutions
In order to guarantee a stakeholder-oriented approach a needs analysis will be conducted. This analysis will be the basis of the training concept and will consist of:
The state-of-play analysis will identify the level of know-how , barriers to efficient uptake, knowledge gaps and possible incentives for Web 2.0 uptake in training institutions.
Partners will develop a stakeholder-map for each participating region, listing relevant regional stakeholders and potential users/beneficiaries for the project. Consortium partners will then approach those institutions/stakeholders in order to involve them as early as possible in project activities.
Efficient, Balanced And Transparent Cooperation
Within the SVEA project the main tasks were equally divided among the partners:
1. MFG Baden-Württemberg (D): Overall project management including development of project website and wiki, overall financil and administrative management
2. CSP (I): Technical development of Web 2.0 platform for training organisations
3. EuroPACE (B): Dissemination and Communication
4. FUNDECYT (ES): Coordination of regional analysis and elaboration of report on Web 2.0 uptake in training institutions
5. Coleg sir Gar (UK): Development of the training concept
