Lessons learnt

The Model applied to this Sector, is based on the ternary principle "To evaluate, Manage and Supervise", but also we can accept within this model, the model of Deming PDCA (To plan, To DO, To check and To act), on which the Systems of Management ISO are based (for example the Systems of Management of the Security of Information ISO27000), and the norms, as Cobit and ITIL.

The Health in line follows with this model and like guarantor so that the National System of Health works in Spain and all the Independent Communities, we have the Agency of Quality of the National System of Health that will have to collaborate with the Agencies of Quality of each one of the National Systems of Health of each one of the European regions.
