Newsletter + deliverable now available!

The Benchlearning Study Team is glad to announce that the first newsletter and deliverable have now been issued and are available for download! The newsletter, which can be accessed from the “shared resources” section of this community, contains a number of interesting articles, including:

- an account of the workshop that took place in Rome at the launch of Pilot 1 on the measurement of efficiency and effectiveness among cadastral agencies;
- an article by Project Manager Cristiano Codagnone on the proceedings of the lounge event organised by the European Commission for the all the agencies taking part to the benchlearning project;
- three articles, one from each of the Study Team members (namely RSO, Capgemini and Gov3), offering a glimpse at the three benchlearning pilots.

For those of you interested in more in-depth reading on the development of online public services, the Visionary eGovernment Perspectives document has now been made available for you here! The objective of the document (also accessible from the “shared resources” section of this community) is to assess the state-of-the-art of impact-oriented eGovernment monitoring literature, taking into account initiatives carried out in advanced national contexts as well as in developing countries that have already started to deal with the issue of measuring eGovernment performance.

We will be back soon with new material and initiatives on the community, so stay tuned.

‘Til then… enjoy the reading!
