    What do users of this site and delegates for the event feel are the key aspects in making a service citizen centric? Is it the ability or willingness - and processes - to support the involvement of users in the design or delivery? It is trust and transparency? Does the answer lie in profiles or typologies? How should public services organise themselves to put the citizen at the centre?
