New french public administrations are testing ISAC 2.0

ISAC is the first way to get information on our web site !
ISAC is very interesting to analyse the expectations of users.
The involment in this project already generated organisational and operational changes in Saint-Médard en Jalles administration, updated information, cooperation and a better quality of service.
3 public administrations in Bordeaux's area are interested by ISAC search engine functionalities : La CUB (urban community of Bordeaux, group of 27 cities), city of Eysines and city of Cenon. SAM has Installed the service iSAC2.0 to their website ( test platform). After a few weeks of internal test, and training on semantic network improvement with the support of Saint Médard en Jalles's team, ISAC 2.0 will be soon online !

Hi Cathrine, yes keep it up with next adopters. Soon there will be a bid community of adopters so that breakthrough in Citizen Information Services will happen towards open standards to help civil servants exchange good practices and know how in online and offline (blended) information to citizens, and hopefully we will reduce the citizens' burdens.
