In my opinion Turkey is a good candidate for a silicon valley due to its strategical location between Asia and Europe. Also its population is open minded for new technologies, labor force is not so expensive.

Turkey, mainly to Europe in the technological world as open and continues to be a big market. And as a result of this every time on the European and world countries, Turkey is in the eye. In this case, the technological might to produce its own technology for Turkey in particular may adversely affect Turkey's silicon valley, but still be on the road. And I am sure that Turkey will come with this job right from the top.
