This is to inform you on the forthcoming workshop on Efficient and effective eGovernment to be held in Brussels, March 17, 2010.

Abstract submission will be open until March 11 and among other topics, we are specifically looking for abstracts related to the:
~Potential of a single structure for the delivery of social assistance services (child support, unemployment, disability benefit, pensions).
~Increasing public engagement as a means to increase effectiveness.
