Something similar to Dynamic Purchasing Systems in USA/Canada?

Dear community partners,

We are currently doing some great advances in our investigation about DPS in EU and we have found thatÂ the impact of DPS is very low. We have found some platforms that support this procedure but the administrations are not currently using it.

Another question that maybe you can help us, do you know about something similar in the USA or in Canada? Any relevant eProcurement implantation in these countries?.
