too bad if it cannot be really the only way for communicating when YOU SUSCRIBE AT THE SERTVICE...

in Spain when suscribing to email notification you accept this to be THE PREFERRED COMMUNICATION CHANNEL for all official notification.

There's no room in the Turquish legislation for taking this wonderfull idea to the officiallity and formal validity?
