Actually we are working, with a local Administration – CTTI (the Catalan Secretariat for Telecommunications and the Information Society), in a project about implementation and integration of Dynamic Purchasing System in the Administration and his application environment.
We are looking for experiencies and best practices in other administrations.
We already have detected that The Basque Country, Spain, is a good example to be highlight, but we still need some other EU-27 case.
Could you please give us some examples in this investigation?

Actual experience of Dynamic Purchasing System
We have indeed actual experience of Dynamic Purchasing System managed by Public Authorities on our LOCAL TRUST e-tendering platform.
For instance, there are currently 7 active DPS running on the platform of the French ministries (see https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr/index.php5?page=entreprise.Entrepris..., select the tipo de procedimiento "Système d'acquisition dynamique - Admission" and remove the date range).
We have an even wider experience of framework agreements, should your Client be interested as well.
Our solution is open source and I would be very interested to organise a demonstration to your Client. Please refer to the "LOCAL TRUST" case that I have just created on this ePractice site.

Have you tried looking for announced dynamic purchasing systems on TED platform? I guess DPS is not very common, but that may leed you to organizations which are actually running it.
