Centralized public procurement of medicines anyone?

We are planning to announce a tender for procurement of drugs that are to be purchased through the electronic catalogue of central purchasing body. Has anybody already done that kind of procurement and would be willing to describe their experience or answer some questions regarding the basic approach, defining the procurement lots, delivery conditions, etc.?

If you would be willing to provide us with the information please leave your contact information in a reply or contact me directly by email a.zutkis@cpva.lt. Thank you.
