A Network of Good and Applied Practices

Congratulations to all case's teams.

This is a powerfull newtwork that can increase the motivation for developing innovation on the way organizations communicate and deploy high quality services for citizens and every other stakeholder.

I believe we are near the following step: after de Costumer Relationship Management and the Citizen Relationship Management paradigms, we will soon achieve the Community Relationship Management Practices, a step ahead. It will be a true shared network where business and technical solutions will fit both, citizens, formal organizations and communities, in flexible networks.
