Public services 2.0: report published for open review

Hi

We finally published (as final draft) the report from the workshop on "Public Services 2.0".

You can find it in the community "Social Computing for Public Services 2.0".

Please comment, especially if you participated to the workshop. It was so full of good ideas that we don't want to miss important issues. But we also aim to be short, no more than 20 pages.

We also ask you to DIRECTLY EDIT the conclusions on GoogleDocs.

Deadline for both is September 11th.

Thanks for your help!
