European Journal of ePractice invites contributions in the area of High Impact Services for eGovernment, eInclusion and eHealth. We are looking for articles and case studies that provide critical insight into the development, implementation, evaluation and success factors of such services or pilot projects. The papers should focus on one or more of the following themes:
- Transnational High Impact services (e.g. services which promote or facilitate greater citizen mobility, such as better pan-European job searching or access to employment, social security benefits, pensions and education);
- High Impact services for businesses (e.g. electronic company registration and VAT rebates);
- User satisfaction, handling big scope of users, benefits for users, inclusive High Impact services;
- Key enablers for High Impact services, such as electronic identification and interoperability;
- Process, product or technological innovation;
- Economic factors (cost savings, productivity gains and spill over effects).
The deadline for article submissions is 25 July, 2008.
