The Benchlearning Community at ePractice.eu is a pioneering initiative endorsed by the European Commission with the aim of providing guidance to all the European eGovernment practitioners interested in deepening and sharing their knowledge on impact measurement methodologies and techniques. The community is open to practitioners from European national and regional administrations, from public and pri-vate organisations, from academia and research centres, so to ensure a variety of contributions, approaches and points of view arising from the different stakeholders' professional experience.
