The Service Directive IT Impact Forum aims at helping all the practitioners in public sector working on the implementation of the \"Point of Single Contact\" (i.e. Art 8 of the Service Directive and beyond) in Europe to meet and share their experiences, approach and knowledge, to ask and provide support. The community is open to all interested stakeholders whether from European administrations, from public and private organisations, from Service providers such as SME. By aiming at joining at this early phase of implementation, the needs of the public authorities and the desires of the service providers can meet.
